Ordered a blouse, good experience
I ordered a camicia and a sciarpa last week. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. It shipped out in two days and I got it in New York five days after that. The blouse quality is nice, a soft fabric, and the scarf is also good. I didn't need customer service this time, but the tracking info they sent was clear.
